Application:

The A+A+A+ Solar Simulator is designed as an Automatic Solar Cell Tester. It is mainly used for the automatic testing and result recording of solar modules—including mono-crystalline silicon, poly-crystalline silicon, and thin-film modules—on a Solar Panel Production Line. The system features an adjustable single flash time for precise measurement control, ensuring low irradiance stability, low light intensity uniformity, low consistency in test results, and low electrical properties error. This makes it an ideal solution for achieving reliable, high-accuracy performance in solar cell testing and production.

1. Flash impulse controll:

Continuous adjustable range from 0–60ms with a 100ms option (customized) that provides an adjustable single flash time to meet diverse testing requirements.

2. High Speed Data Acquisition:

Four-line measurement, 14-bit 4-channel high-speed synchronous acquisition card, 8000 data collecting point;

3. 10 parameters display:

measured parameter display in tabulation and graphic way;

4. Irradiance automatically compensating:

Advanced features for automatic compensation of irradiance and temperature maintain low irradiance stability and contribute to low consistency in test results.

6. Robust Continuous Operation:

Designed for 24-hour nonstop operation, with an imported Xenon lamp supporting up to 300,000 flashes – ideal for high-demand solar panel production line environments.
