The YH-EL4 PV module Automatic EL Tester is an advanced EL Tester designed for seamless integration into a Solar Panel Production Line. It applies an external constant current stabilized power supply to the battery module and uses electroluminescence technology for specialized EL tester image acquisition on semi-finished and finished photovoltaic cell modules before lamination, after lamination, and post-packaging. The device delivers high-quality imaging results on a large display, allowing for precise detection of various Solar Panel Electroluminescence test sale defects that are not visible to the naked eye. Customized YOHA software further enhances the clarity of these images.

Equipment Workflow:
The solar panel is placed face down with the long side facing forward into the docking station. The blocking device is raised to put the modules in entry waiting status. At the same time, barcode scanning is automatically performed, and after scanning, a photo is automatically taken using EL tester image acquisition.
The system captures images and the software automatically stitches them together for large panel size EL tester results.
After the large display shows the final image, the system gives an OK or NG signal and transmits it to the next level for action.
